Rentokil Initial participated in 2015 GFSI China focus day to help enhance food safety in China

On the 3rd, November 2015, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) hosted its 4th Edition China Focus Day at Beijing Four Seasons Hotel, with the theme “The Global Food Safety Vision: Making the Change”. More than 300 top food safety executives from China and the rest of world attended the event to find out how they can leverage GFSI to meet the challenge of food safety in food operations throughout China. A new public-private partnership agreement was signed between GFSI and China’s CNCA, which pioneers a new assessment approach and aims to improve the general level of food safety in China thanks to China HACCP Technical Equivalence. As the Gold Sponsor, Rentokil Initial supported and also attended the event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wenqi Guo, Assistant Minister, CFDA; Daning Wang, Deputy Chief Administrator, CNCA; Junshi Chen, Chief Adviser of CFSA; Cenk GUROL, Chairman of GFSI & Vice President, AEON Co., Ltd., Japan were invited to give wonderful speeches, sharing governance on food safety and discussed New China New Food Safety Law, Omni-Channel Food Safety Management, Innovation of Food Safety Management and other topics, which arouse strong resonance and got hot feedback from attendees.
