Effective from 20th Jan 2014, “北京泰铭能多洁环境科技发展有限公司” will change its name to “能多洁（中国）环境科技有限公司”. The English name “Rentokil Taiming Ltd” will change into “Rentokil Initial (China) Ltd”.
While our name is changing, our legal status and our office address and contact details will remain the same. The company’s business remains fundamentally unaffected by this change and all contracts with existing customers will remain unaltered, with corresponding obligations and rights assumed under the new name.
