From February 26th to 28th, Rentokil Initial held its "Heroes' Conference" at the Holiday Inn Kunshan Zhongcheng Hotel. The conference summarized the company's operational and sales performance in 2023, analyzed the situation and challenges for the new year, and outlined key tasks for 2024. 147 partners from various regions across the country and different departments of the company participated in the conference.
2024 Customer Year
The conference began with a speech by Mr. Gregory Mark Smith, President of Greater China, who reviewed the achievements in various fields in 2023 and summarized that The Right People + The Right Thing + The Right Way are the secrets to our continued growth.
Following this, Ms. Gu Yan, Human Resources Director for North Asia, shared insights on corporate culture and employee communication, highlighting the global selection mechanism and implementation plan for the "Nento Clean Ambassador" program, a key promotional activity for the "Year of Customers" in 2024.
Next, regional directors and managers shared their regional AOP annual execution plans. As a highly distinctive service within Nengdojie's diversified pest control line, Nengdojie Profen Fumigation was presented in detail to supervisors and above nationwide for the first time.
After Mr. Greg opened the discussion with the theme "The Challenges We Face the participants were divided into groups for in-depth discussions and brainstorming sessions on the four major challenges facing us this year.
