Rentokil Initial China has recently entered a business acquisition

We are pleased to announce that Rentokil Initial China Ltd (“Rentokil Initial”) has successfully completed the acquisition Bright China Best Service (Shanghai) Environmental Hygiene Co. (“BCBS”), such transfer has been effective on Feb 1st, 2016. BCBS have been a leading provider of Pest Control services since 2000. They offer a range of premium pest control solutions include Rodents, Cockroaches, Termites, Flying insects. Their team operated out of 4 branch locations in China.
