Rentokil Initial China has recently entered a business acquisition

We are pleased to announce that Rentokil Initial China Ltd (“Rentokil Initial”) has successfully completed the acquisition Nantong Bai Er Pest Control Ltd (“Nantong Bai Er”), such transfer has been effective on Sep. 30th, 2017. Nantong Bai Er is a leading provider of pest control in Nantong. They are dedicated to providing effective pest control solutions and services for Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Government and Public Sectors, Hotels and other industries.
