Rentokil Initial China Partners with Pudong Development Group Housing Management for the First Time to Launch the “Green Pest Control, Healthy Home” Community Public Welfare Science Activity

Shanghai, located in a subtropical monsoon climate zone, is a high-incidence area for various pests. In old communities, the aging building pipeline systems, untimely garbage transfer, and weak awareness of pest control among residents make these areas prone to pest breeding. From June 5 to 6, Rentokil Initial, together with Shanghai Pudong Development Group Housing Management Co., Ltd., visited residential Communities of Xiangxieli Garden, Weifang Village No. 5, Weifang Village No. 9, and Deqin Industrial Park to conduct the "Green Pest Control, Healthy Home" public welfare science activities.
At the event site, common pest biological specimens were displayed, and science boards were used for publicity. Residents were also offered free pest control brochures, participated in prize-winning knowledge quizzes, and received on-site inspections. These activities promoted the concept of green pest control and provided residents with practical pest control suggestions and green control methods for common pest problems in daily life.
